ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

• Valid passports required for all guests (mandatory for local authorities)

• Standard check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM

• Entire Resort bookings: Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability (fees may apply)

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maximum occupancy must not exceed confirmed booking numbers

• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM (strictly enforced)

• Guests are fully responsible for:

  • Any property damage beyond normal wear

  • Compliance with all Indonesian laws and regulations

  • Personal belongings and any owned equipment

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Beyond Bayou is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Events beyond our control including:

  • Travel delays or cancellations

  • Severe weather or natural disasters

  • Government actions or civil disturbances

  • Equipment or machinery failures

EVENTS & PARTIES

• All events require prior approval

• Maximum guest count strictly enforced

• Professional coordinator required for:

  • Weddings

  • Parties exceeding booked capacity

• Music must conclude by 10:30 PM
