  1. Tentative Confirmation. Upon receiving guests’ reservation inquiry, Property will reply with a confirmation of availability, villa rate, and the amount of deposit required, normally payable within 3 working days after written booking confirmation. Full details of our bank account will be given at time of booking confirmation.

  2. Reservation Confirmation. Upon receiving deposit/payment, Property will email a confirmation letter regarding total amount received. Please do note that guests are solely responsible for all transaction fee.

  3. Down Payment. The down payment is required before 90 days prior to check in date. In case of bookings made 90 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within three working days upon issuing invoice.

  4. On Arrival. Passport will be required for local authorities formalities and guests will be asked to sign Beyond Bayou Terms & Conditions upon check in.

  5. Check in from 3pm and Check out before 11am.

  6. Insurance. We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect guests and all those accompanying for the full time of guests’ visit against travel limitations, illness, injury, loss of luggage and personal items, cancellation issues and other travel contingencies.

  7. Responsibility. Please be advised that our accommodation is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during guests’ stay, or during the participation in any activities during their visit in Bali. We are not responsible of any infringement of the local and Indonesian laws by guests. Also we won't take responsibility for any delays, additional expenses or inconvenience that may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, wildlife or flora, acts of God, acts of Government, equipment accidents.

  8. Events and Parties. Normal bookings are set for vacation purposes and special permissions must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance will exceed the capacity of our accommodation. Also guests have to be fully aware that we are located in residential areas and not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Thus much depends on the vagaries of the neighborhood’s residents. In general, music curfew as of 10:30 pm is commonly agreed among our neighborhood. If guests plan to hold an event such as a wedding party or any large congregation of people at the accommodation, it has to be brought to our attention when booking. Please be aware that we normally will not accept a booking involving a function without prior confirmation that a coordinator has been appointed. We can recommend a suitable coordinator where required.

  9. Numbers of Persons and Suitability. The number of guests occupying our accommodation is not allowed to exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that, in our opinion, is unsuitable for our accommodation.
